End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs your license to access and use the digital content, alerts, trade signals, charts, commentary, and related materials made available by Medallo Trading LLC through Whop, Discord, and related channels.

1. License Grant

Subject to our Terms of Service and any applicable product terms, Medallo Trading LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your own personal, internal, non-commercial use in connection with your own self-directed trading.

This is a license to use digital content. It is not a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership in any signals, alerts, content, systems, or intellectual property.

2. License Restrictions

  • You may not copy, reproduce, publish, forward, screen share, record for redistribution, mirror, scrape, automate, sublicense, lease, sell, rebroadcast, or otherwise exploit any paid or restricted content, signals, or materials.
  • You may not use any content or signals for a trading room, chat room, paid community, signal service, managed account, advisory service, fund, firm, business, client account, or for the benefit of any other person or entity unless Medallo Trading LLC has separately authorized that use in a written agreement.
  • You may not remove attribution, proprietary notices, access controls, or technical protections associated with the content.

3. Ownership and Reservation of Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the content, branding, materials, systems, and related intellectual property remain with Medallo Trading LLC and its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this EULA.

4. Suspension and Termination

This license automatically terminates if you breach this EULA, our Terms of Service, or other applicable policies.

Medallo Trading LLC may suspend or terminate your access without refund if it reasonably believes you have violated the license restrictions or misused the content.

5. No Warranty

The content is provided on an as-is and as-available basis for educational and informational purposes only.

Medallo Trading LLC disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantee of profitability or performance.

6. Remedies for Breach

Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, republication, commercial exploitation, or similar misuse of the content is strictly prohibited.

In the event of an actual or threatened breach, Medallo Trading LLC may pursue any remedies available at law or in equity, including suspension or termination of access, injunctive relief, and recovery of damages, lost revenue, investigative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees where recoverable, to the extent permitted by law, including reasonably foreseeable present and future harm caused by the breach.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

This EULA supplements the Medallo Trading LLC Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control to the extent of the conflict.
