Return Policy

2. No Returns and No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Because the products are digital and access is provided immediately or near-immediately, all sales are final once access has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

• We do not accept returns of digital memberships, subscriptions, signals, alerts, or other digital content.
• We do not provide refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, dissatisfaction with performance, changes in market conditions, or failure to cancel before renewal.
• If access is revoked or terminated because you violated our Terms of Service, EULA, community rules, or other applicable policies, you will not be entitled to a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel renewal of your subscription through Whop before the next billing date.

If you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the then-current billing period unless Whop or applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges only. It does not reverse or refund charges that have already been processed.

4. Billing Errors and Limited Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us promptly at legal@medallotrading.com and use the applicable Whop support channel.

• Any refund, credit, or exception granted by Medallo Trading LLC is discretionary unless otherwise required by law.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, Medallo Trading LLC may submit this Return Policy, our Terms of Service, our EULA, account access records, and related usage or communications history to Whop or the applicable payment provider to contest the claim where appropriate.
