All discussions, trade alerts, signals, or strategies reflect personal opinions only.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information and for all investment decisions you make.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, or cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

By participating in this Server, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Whop Subscriptions and Access

Access to this Server is managed through Whop.

• Your Discord role and access level correspond to the product or tier you purchase on Whop.
• You will retain access only while your Whop subscription remains active and in good standing.
• When your subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails, access will automatically be revoked.
• Access to paid channels and paid content is licensed, not sold.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable product terms, Medallo Trading LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Server and use its content, alerts, trade signals, charts, commentary, and related materials solely for your own personal, internal, non-commercial use in connection with your own self-directed trading.

No professional, business, institutional, group, client-service, or other third-party use is permitted unless Medallo Trading LLC expressly authorizes that use in a separate written agreement.

• You may not copy, reproduce, publish, forward, screen share, record for redistribution, mirror, scrape, automate, sublicense, lease, sell, rebroadcast, or otherwise exploit any paid or restricted content, signals, or materials.
• You may not use any content or signals for a trading room, chat room, paid community, signal service, managed account, advisory service, fund, firm, business, or for the benefit of any other person or entity unless separately authorized in writing.
• Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, republication, commercial exploitation, or similar misuse of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
• In the event of an actual or threatened breach of this section, Medallo Trading LLC may pursue any remedies available at law or in equity, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages, lost revenue, investigative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees where recoverable, to the extent permitted by law, including reasonably foreseeable present and future harm caused by the breach.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medallo Trading LLC and its owners, administrators, moderators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or unauthorized use or dissemination of Server content.

6. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are handled securely through Whop.
• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except as required by law.
• By purchasing, you agree that all sales are final and that Whop's payment processor terms also apply.

7. Conduct and Use

You agree to:

• Use the Server respectfully and comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.
• Not harass, spam, or share others' private information.
• Not attempt to bypass the access, licensing, or use restrictions described in these Terms.

8. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any content or signals provided.

All opinions are subject to change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Server owners, moderators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of or reliance on the content provided in this Server.

10. Privacy

We do not collect or store personal financial information.

Basic user data is managed by Discord and Whop under their respective privacy policies.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
